At Department 56, we want you to be delighted with your holiday collectibles and home décor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific village pieces or accessories you wish to return.

  Package with Care

  Carefully repack your items in their original Department 56 styrofoam and decorative sleeves, ensuring all power adapters and small accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, making sure to remove or cover any old tracking labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
